Refractometers

Vaisala offers state-of-the-art process refractometers and matching systems for liquid concentration and density measurements in inline process-control applications. With more than 40 years of experience, Vaisala is a leading provider of products that meet the demands of challenging applications – pulp and paper, food and sugar, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, oil and gas refining, and petrochemicals.

The process refractometers are factory-calibrated for measuring concentration and temperature in standard units. Calibration is identical across all refractometers, so they can be exchanged freely without optical recalibration or parameter changes. The refractometer never needs recalibration or routine maintenance and withstands CIP and SIP processes. Fully digital: particles and bubbles affect neither operation nor accuracy.
