Data is stored only for as long as is required to achieve the purpose of storage, or as required by law. Once the retention period expires, data is routinely blocked or deleted.

The legitimate interest is the conduct of our business activities for the benefit of the well-being of all employees and shareholders.

The criterion is the respective statutory retention period. After the period expires, data is routinely deleted.

The provision of personal data is in part required by law (e.g. tax) or by contract. If data is not provided, a contract may not be possible to conclude.
